The situation

A company’s office move across London posed a potentially critical business threat when a problem arose with new high-speed internet connections at the new premises.

The firm needed high-speed internet connections in a short timescale. Although the order was placed with a supplier, who had connections into the building, wayleave was required and this could not be obtained before the move date.

The Response

As a telecoms expert Ayudar was able to look into alternatives to help the company overcome its problems and remain online.

Initially, a satellite connection was explored and appeared to offer an excellent solution. Again internal permissions were required from the landlord which made the timings very suspect.

We decided to look into supplying 4G connections to the customer using Comms365. This would not require a wayleave and could be implemented quickly.

The Result

We were working against the clock on this project and it was essential that we found a solution to ensure the company could be up and running with high-speed internet immediately in its new site.

Ayudar has a team of very experienced IT and telecoms engineers and designers who were able to grasp the situation quickly and suggest viable solutions. Far from being deterred, our team had a determination to find a solution and solve the crisis for our client. Some of these alternatives were quickly dismissed but the 4G solution worked well, could be implemented literally out the box, and met the customer’s need perfectly.
